Telangana State is a hub of industrial development, with several mega industrial parks being set up in different areas of the state. The Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TSIIC) has played a crucial role in driving industrialization in the state, by developing 152 industrial parks in 28,000 acres in the last 8 years. Industrialization in Telangana

In the past, industrialization was confined to Hyderabad city only, but with the efforts of TSIIC, industrialization has been extended to different areas of the state. TSIIC has set up industrial parks and food parks in an area ranging from 15 acres to 2500 acres in each district. The aim of this initiative is to create a hub of industrial activity in different areas of the state, which would drive economic growth and create employment opportunities.

TSIIC has identified over 145,000 acres across the state, which was unused or under-utilized, and developed mega Telangana industrial park under Public Private Partnership mode. The following are the key industrial parks in Telangana:

Aerospace Park, Adibatla

Aerospace Park in Adibatla is a hub for the aerospace industry with several global aerospace companies and original equipment manufacturers setting up their facilities. This park is strategically located near the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, making it convenient for companies to carry out their operations. Companies such as Lockheed Martin Corporation, GE Aviation, and Safran have established their operations in the park. E-City Sreenagar & Raviryal Villages

Chandanvelly Industrial Park, Rangareddy District

Maheshwaram General Park, Rangareddy District

Kakatiya Textile Park in Shayampet(V), Warangal District

TIF-MSME Green Industrial Park

TSIIC established the TIF-MSME Green Industrial Park at Dandumalkapur to provide eco-friendly surroundings for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) units. Designers have designed the park, spanning over 40 acres, to fulfill the needs of MSME units by offering essential infrastructure facilities such as water supply, power supply, waste disposal, and others. Currently, the park operates with several MSME units, with a total of 90 units and aims to create job opportunities for the local residents. The TSIIC ensures that the park meets environmental standards with the goal of reducing the carbon footprint of MSME units.

Sultanpur Industrial Park

Sultanpur Industrial Park, located in Sanga Reddy district, offers world-class infrastructure and facilities to support the growth of companies in the industrial and medical devices sectors. The park encompasses three parks – Medical Devices Park, General Industrial Park, and FICCI FLO Park – and spans 552.70 acres.

Genome Valley Biotech Park Phase II Extension

Genome Valley Biotech Park Phase II Extension is another development by TSIIC to extend the Genome Valley Biotech Park. Industrial Park, Tunikibollaram

Spread over 235.71 acres, the Industrial Park in Tunikibollaram (V), Siddipet District provides a conducive environment for small and medium-sized enterprises to establish their facilities. Food Processing Park, Wargal

Food Processing Park in Wargal (V) of Siddipet District is another food processing park established by TSIIC in Telangana. The park encompasses 466.17 acres and centers on the food processing industries, milk processing, and dairy products. Amul Ltd has already invested in the park, and the aim is to create job opportunities for local residents and contribute to the economic development of the state.

Mandapally Industrial Park (Siddipet District)

TSIIC established another industrial park in Telangana called Mandapally Industrial Park located in Siddipet District. Agri & Food Processing Industrial Park

The Telangana government aims to promote the development of the agri and food processing sector by establishing the Agri & Food Processing Industrial Park at Dandumalkapur Village.
